Westendorf Printing is a Cross Platform based printing facility using the latest Adobe® JDF and PDF Print Engine Technology, combined with a Xenith Sierra Certified PDF digital prepress workflow to image files directly from Computer-to-Plate. This State-of-the-Art native PDF workflow allows Westendorf Printing comprehensive control over every job and the ability to create 3D color proofs while automating prepress with cutting-edge technology.

Our arsenal of pre-press technology includes:

  • (1) Mitsubishi a2500 Violet CTP Plate-setting device with an Eco RF CTP in-line processor.
  • (1) ECRM MAKO 4matic CTP Plate-setting device with a Maya CTP in-line processor.
  • (1) Epson Stylus Pro 7800 8-color Ultrachrome digital contract proofer; outputs 24" x 26+" digital proofs
  • (1) Epson Stylus Pro 9800 8-color Ultrachrome digital contract proofer; outputs 24" x 26+" digital proofs
  • (1) Xante Ilumina digital color printer; output capability of up to 13" x 19" at 1200 dpi on paper.
  • (2) Genesis Raid 5 Servers with 5-700GB parity drives.
  • (2) Dell Precision 1-bit tif print servers.
  • (3) 27" iMac 3.4GHz i7 Quad Core Workstations with 16GB DDR3 SDRAM, 2TB ATA Drives and Radeon HD 6970M Graphics Cards.
  • (2) Proactive Technologies PC Workstations with 4GB RAM, 500GB Hard drive with Dell 19" Flat Panel Monitors.
  • (1) Agfa model T1200 81/2 X 14 Duoscan flatbed color scanner
